class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>ASTM D7774<\/strong> ist eine ASTM-Norm zur Bestimmung der dynamischen Erm\u00fcdungseigenschaften von Kunststoffen unter Biegebedingungen. Es ist sowohl f\u00fcr starre als auch f\u00fcr halbsteife Kunststoffe geeignet. Die verwendeten Spannungs- und Dehnungsniveaus werden unterhalb der Proportionalit\u00e4tsgrenze des Materials gehalten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Dehnungen und Spannungen im relativ elastischen Bereich bleiben. Zur Ermittlung dieser Eigenschaften werden Drei- oder Vier-Punkt-Biegesysteme eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_PRUeFVERFAHREN\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; PR\u00dcFVERFAHREN<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die ASTM D7774 enth\u00e4lt zwei verschiedene Testmethoden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verfahren A<\/strong>: Bei diesem Verfahren wird eine Probe mit rechteckigem Querschnitt von zwei doppelseitigen Auflagern getragen und mit einer doppelseitigen Belastungsnase in der Mitte zwischen den Auflagern belastet. Es wird ein Verh\u00e4ltnis von St\u00fctzweite zu Tiefe von 16:1 verwendet. Die Probe wird mit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Frequenz in positiver und negativer Richtung zyklisch belastet, bis sie entweder bricht oder nachgibt, wobei ein bestimmtes Spannungs- oder Dehnungsniveau beibehalten wird. Ziel dieses Verfahrens ist es, die Biegefestigkeit des Materials zu bestimmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Verfahren B<\/strong>: Wie Verfahren A, mit dem einzigen Unterschied, dass das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Lastspannweite zu St\u00fctzweite entweder 1:2 oder 1:3 sein kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HINWEIS: Diese Verfahren erm\u00f6glichen verschiedene Probenvorbereitungstechniken. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass Ergebnisse, die mit unterschiedlich vorbereiteten Proben erzielt wurden, nicht als vergleichbar angesehen werden sollten, es sei denn, die Gleichwertigkeit wurde nachgewiesen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_ZWECK\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; ZWECK<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Zweck <\/strong> der ASTM D7774 ist es, den Einfluss von Verarbeitung, Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit, Belastung und anderen Faktoren auf die Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit von Kunststoffen unter Biegebelastung f\u00fcr eine signifikante Anzahl von Zyklen zu bewerten. Diese Tests liefern wertvolle Informationen f\u00fcr die Auswahl geeigneter Kunststoffmaterialien, die wiederholten Biegebeanspruchungen unter bestimmten Einsatzbedingungen standhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass die Eigenschaften je nach Probentiefe und Pr\u00fcfh\u00e4ufigkeit variieren k\u00f6nnen. Die Testfrequenz kann zwischen 1 und 25 Hz liegen, es wird jedoch empfohlen, eine Frequenz von 5 Hz oder weniger zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_ZUSAeTZLICHE_HINWEISE\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; ZUS\u00c4TZLICHE HINWEISE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Es ist von entscheidender Bedeutung zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, <strong>dass<\/strong> <strong>die verschiedenen Kunststoffe unterschiedlich auf Erm\u00fcdung reagieren.<\/strong> Wenn einem Kunststoff ein elastischer Bereich fehlt, in dem die Dehnung reversibel ist, kommt es w\u00e4hrend der Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfung zu einer plastischen Verformung, die zu \u00c4nderungen der Amplitude der programmierten Belastung oder Verformung w\u00e4hrend der Pr\u00fcfung f\u00fchrt. Daher ist bei der Verwendung der Pr\u00fcfergebnisse f\u00fcr Konstruktionszwecke Vorsicht geboten, da sie die tats\u00e4chlichen Erm\u00fcdungseigenschaften des Materials m\u00f6glicherweise nicht genau wiedergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse dieser Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen eignen sich nur dann f\u00fcr Konstruktionsanwendungen, wenn die Pr\u00fcfbedingungen der Proben die tats\u00e4chlichen Betriebsbedingungen realistisch simulieren oder wenn es eine klare und definierte Methodik zur Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Betriebsbedingungen
