Sie bietet eine Reihe von Pr\u00fcfmethoden, mit denen bewertet werden kann, wie gut ein Klebeband unter kontrollierten Bedingungen dem Abl\u00f6sen widersteht. Durch die Bereitstellung objektiver Messwerte erm\u00f6glicht die ASTM D3330 den Herstellern die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Produktkonsistenz und den K\u00e4ufern einen fundierten Vergleich zwischen verschiedenen Klebeb\u00e4ndern. Normalerweise werden die Proben auf eine Breite von <strong>24 mm (\u00b10,5 mm Toleranz)<\/strong> und eine L\u00e4nge von <strong>300 mm<\/strong> zugeschnitten. Diese <strong>Abmessungen <\/strong> erm\u00f6glichen einheitliche Messungen bei verschiedenen Tests. Bei der Arbeit mit B\u00e4ndern, die breiter als 24 mm sind, sollten die Proben aus der Mitte eines von der Rolle abgezogenen Streifens entnommen werden. Hier ist ein \u00dcberblick: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Methode A<\/strong> &#8211; Messung der 180\u00b0-Sch\u00e4lhaftung von einfach beschichtetem Klebeband.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methode B<\/strong> &#8211; Bewertet die Tr\u00e4gerhaftung von einfach beschichtetem Klebeband.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methode C<\/strong> &#8211; Testet die Sch\u00e4lfestigkeit von doppelt beschichtetem Klebeband.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methode D<\/strong> &#8211; Bewertet die Haftung des Tr\u00e4germaterials bei einfach oder doppelt beschichteten Klebeb\u00e4ndern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methode E<\/strong> &#8211; Analysiert die Adh\u00e4sion von Transferklebeb\u00e4ndern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methode F<\/strong> &#8211; Misst die 90\u00b0-Sch\u00e4lhaftung von einfach beschichtetem Klebeband.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bei jeder Methode wird das Klebeband auf eine <strong>standardisierte Testplatte<\/strong> aufgebracht und in einem bestimmten Winkel abgezogen, was die realen Belastungen simuliert. Die Methoden erm\u00f6glichen ein detailliertes Verst\u00e4ndnis des Verhaltens eines Klebstoffs unter verschiedenen Kr\u00e4ften und Konfigurationen. Mit STEP Lab wird der Wechsel zwischen den Pr\u00fcfmethoden vereinfacht, so dass der Wechsel von einer 90\u00b0- zu einer 180\u00b0-Abziehvorrichtung in k\u00fcrzester Zeit erfolgen kann. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ergebnisse_und_Datenanalyse\"><\/span>Ergebnisse und Datenanalyse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der ASTM D3330-Tests werden anhand der <strong>durchschnittlichen Kraft berechnet, die zum Abziehen des Klebebands erforderlich ist<\/strong>. Die Daten werden mindestens einmal pro <strong>1,0 mm abgezogenem Klebeband<\/strong> aufgezeichnet, wobei die ersten 25 mm bei den Ergebnissen nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, um die Genauigkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zur Ermittlung des <strong>Sch\u00e4lkraftwertes <\/strong> wird die \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten 50 mm des Klebebandes gemessene durchschnittliche Kraft durch die Probenbreite geteilt.
