Es dient als umfassender Leitfaden f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung von Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen in verschiedenen Bereichen, darunter Materialforschung und -entwicklung, mechanische Konstruktion, Prozess- und Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle, Produktleistung und Fehleranalyse.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Norm wurde in erster Linie f\u00fcr dehnungsgesteuerte Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfungen entwickelt, kann aber auch wertvolle Erkenntnisse f\u00fcr kraft- oder spannungsgesteuerte Pr\u00fcfungen liefern. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass die <strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> sich speziell auf die Pr\u00fcfung von Probek\u00f6rpern bezieht und nicht die Pr\u00fcfung von Komponenten, Strukturen oder Konsumg\u00fctern in Originalgr\u00f6\u00dfe umfasst.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_E606_%E2%80%93_TEMPERATUR_UND_DEHNUNGSRATEN\"><\/span>ASTM E606 &#8211; TEMPERATUR UND DEHNUNGSRATEN<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> ist innerhalb von Temperatur- und Dehnungsgeschwindigkeitsbereichen anwendbar, in denen die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen der zeitabh\u00e4ngigen unelastischen Dehnungen mit den Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen der zeitunabh\u00e4ngigen unelastischen Dehnungen vergleichbar oder kleiner sind als diese. F\u00fcr Umgebungsfaktoren wie Temperatur, Druck, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Medium gelten keine besonderen Beschr\u00e4nkungen, solange sie w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Pr\u00fcfung sorgf\u00e4ltig kontrolliert und im Datenbericht ausf\u00fchrlich dokumentiert werden.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ANFORDERUNGEN_AN_DEHNUNGSGEREGELTE_ERMUeDUNGSPRUeFUNGEN\"><\/span>ANFORDERUNGEN AN DEHNUNGSGEREGELTE ERM\u00dcDUNGSPR\u00dcFUNGEN<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die dehnungsgesteuerte Erm\u00fcdung wird von denselben Variablen beeinflusst wie die kraftgesteuerte Erm\u00fcdung, stellt jedoch andere Anforderungen an die Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfverfahren. Insbesondere sollte die zyklische Gesamtdehnung gemessen und die zyklische plastische Dehnung bestimmt werden. Au\u00dferdem wird in der Regel eine dieser beiden Dehnungen zur Festlegung der zyklischen Grenzwerte verwendet; die Gesamtdehnung wird in der Regel w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Zyklus kontrolliert. Die Einzigartigkeit dieser Pr\u00fcfmethode und der damit erzielten Ergebnisse liegt in der Bestimmung der zyklischen Spannungen und Dehnungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Pr\u00fcfung.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BEDEUTUNG_DER_DEHNUNGSGEREGELTEN_ERMUeDUNGSPRUeFUNG\"><\/span>BEDEUTUNG DER DEHNUNGSGEREGELTEN ERM\u00dcDUNGSPR\u00dcFUNG<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die dehnungsgesteuerte Erm\u00fcdung ist ein wichtiger Aspekt bei der Konstruktion von Industrieprodukten, insbesondere wenn Bauteile oder bestimmte Abschnitte von Bauteilen zyklischen plastischen Dehnungen ausgesetzt sind, die durch mechanische oder thermische Faktoren verursacht werden und innerhalb einer relativ geringen Anzahl von Zyklen zum Versagen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_E606_%E2%80%93_MERKMALE_DER_PRUeFMASCHINE\"><\/span>ASTM E606 &#8211; MERKMALE DER PR\u00dcFMASCHINE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die Pr\u00fcfung sollte mit einer Zug-Druck-Erm\u00fcdungspr\u00fcfmaschine durchgef\u00fchrt werden, die so konstruiert ist, dass das Spiel im Belastungsstrang minimiert wird, sofern keine strengeren Anforderungen festgelegt sind.
