Jede Probe wird beschriftet und vor der Pr\u00fcfung unter bestimmten Umweltparametern konditioniert.<\/li>\n<li>Nach der Vorbereitung wird die geeignete Pr\u00fcfgeometrie gew\u00e4hlt und das Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4t entsprechend konfiguriert. Bevor man fortf\u00e4hrt, <strong> wird die Dicke jedes Probek\u00f6rpers an der Aufschlagstelle gemessen.<\/strong> Bei spritzgegossenen Probek\u00f6rpern reicht eine einzige Messung aus, wenn die Dickenabweichung innerhalb von 5 % bleibt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Um unverf\u00e4lschte Ergebnisse zu erhalten, wird ein Exemplar nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/strong> Anschlie\u00dfend wird sie sorgf\u00e4ltig auf der Tr\u00e4gerplatte positioniert, um eine einheitliche Ausrichtung der Oberfl\u00e4che bei allen Tests zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Beim Aufpralltest selbst werden der Fu\u00df des Schlagenden und das Gewicht auf eine bestimmte H\u00f6he angehoben. Bevor Sie das Gewicht loslassen, m\u00fcssen Sie sich vergewissern, dass der Probek\u00f6rper flach auf der Auflageplatte liegt. Beim Loslassen schl\u00e4gt das Gewicht auf die Probe, und der daraus resultierende Aufprall wird analysiert.<\/li>\n<li>Nach der Pr\u00fcfung wird <strong>die Probe auf sichtbare Anzeichen eines Versagens, wie Risse, Br\u00fcche oder bleibende Verformungen, untersucht. <\/strong> Ist der Schaden nicht sofort erkennbar, kann ein Farbeindringmittel wie Enzianviolett aufgetragen werden, um Mikrorisse sichtbar zu machen. Anhand der Ergebnisse wird die Fallh\u00f6he angepasst. Wenn die Probe versagt, wird die H\u00f6he reduziert, w\u00e4hrend das Gewicht konstant bleibt. Bleibt die Probe dagegen unversehrt, wird die H\u00f6he bei der n\u00e4chsten Pr\u00fcfung schrittweise erh\u00f6ht.
