Sie dienen als grundlegendes Instrument zur Bewertung der Best\u00e4ndigkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit verschiedener Werkstoffe und Bauteile, die w\u00e4hrend ihrer Lebensdauer zyklischen Belastungen ausgesetzt sind. Eine S-N-Kurve wird erstellt, indem Proben unter konstanter Last\/Spannung gepr\u00fcft und die Anzahl der Zyklen bis zum Versagen aufgezeichnet wird. Die Daten werden dann zusammengestellt und ein Best-Fit-Trend wird angewendet. Dadurch wird eine Beziehung zwischen einem bestimmten Belastungs-\/Spannungsniveau und der Erm\u00fcdungslebensdauer des Werkstoffs hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend einer HCF-Pr\u00fcfung werden die Proben je nach Materialart und Umgebungsbedingungen mit Frequenzen zwischen 20 Hz und 100 Hz belastet. Die Pr\u00fcfung wird fortgesetzt, bis die Probe versagt oder eine vorher festgelegte Anzahl von Zyklen erreicht ist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
