Die Antwort gibt es jetzt auf YouTube \u2013 dort wird genau gezeigt, wie die \u201eHardware-in-the-Loop\u201c-Testm\u00f6glichkeiten von STEP Lab in der Praxis aussehen. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:423;316-738\">Das Video zeigt eine Live-Fahrsitzung auf dem DiM150-Simulator mit dem <strong>4-Corner-Damper-in-the-Loop-System<\/strong> von STEP Lab, VI-CarRealTime als Fahrdynamik-Engine, FTire f\u00fcr die Reifenmodellierung und einem von Astemo entwickelten KI-basierten D\u00e4mpfermodell. Das Ergebnis ist eine vollst\u00e4ndige Closed-Loop-Umgebung, in der der Fahrer realistische Fahrdynamik erlebt und echte D\u00e4mpfer die Arbeit \u00fcbernehmen. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:56;740-795\">Vier Stellantriebe, ein Regelkreis<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:383;797-1179\">Das \u201e<strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop<\/strong>\u201c-System basiert auf vier <a href=\"https:\/\/step-lab.com\/de\/stossdaempferpruefstand\/\">elektrodynamischen Aktuatoren vom Typ UD01<\/a>, wobei jeder Aktuator einer Radposition zugeordnet ist. Jeder Aktuator steuert unabh\u00e4ngig einen physikalischen D\u00e4mpfer an und bildet so in Echtzeit die radspezifischen Eingaben nach, die vom im Simulator laufenden Fahrzeugdynamik-Solver berechnet werden. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:512;1181-1692\">Es handelt sich hierbei weder um einen statischen Dauertest noch um einen vorprogrammierten Wellenformzyklus. Die UD01-Aktuatoren reagieren auf Live-Simulationsdaten: W\u00e4hrend der Fahrer im Vi-grade DiM150 lenkt, bremst und beschleunigt, berechnet das Fahrzeugmodell die Bewegungen der einzelnen R\u00e4der, und das System von STEP Lab bet\u00e4tigt in genau diesem Moment physisch den entsprechenden D\u00e4mpfer. Die an der realen Hardware gemessenen Kraft- und Wegdaten werden direkt in den Simulationskreis zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, wodurch der Kreislauf zwischen dem virtuellen Fahrzeug und den physikalischen Komponenten geschlossen wird.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:213;1694-1906\">Die elektrodynamische Architektur verleiht ihr die Bandbreite und dynamische Pr\u00e4zision, die Echtzeit-HiL-Anwendungen erfordern, und macht sie damit zu einer der leistungsf\u00e4higsten Plattformen, die f\u00fcr diese Art von D\u00e4mpferpr\u00fcfungen verf\u00fcgbar sind.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:63;1908-1970\">Hardware-in-the-Loop f\u00fcr die D\u00e4mpferentwicklung: Warum es wichtig ist<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:158;1972-2129\">Der HiL-Ansatz von STEP Lab befasst sich mit einer grundlegenden Herausforderung bei der Entwicklung von D\u00e4mpfern: Wie l\u00e4sst sich das tats\u00e4chliche Verhalten der Komponenten bewerten, bevor das komplette Fahrzeug vorliegt?<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:432;2131-2562\">Reine Simulationen sind zwar schnell, aber begrenzt \u2013 ein Modell ist nur so gut wie seine Parameter. Vollfahrzeugtests auf einem Testgel\u00e4nde sind zwar pr\u00e4zise, aber langsam, teuer und erst in einer sp\u00e4ten Phase des Entwicklungszyklus m\u00f6glich. Das STEP-Lab-System bietet einen dritten Weg: physikalische D\u00e4mpfer, die unter realistischen, dynamisch berechneten Belastungen getestet und in eine Simulationsumgebung integriert werden, die das vollst\u00e4ndige Fahrzeugmodell und eine hochpr\u00e4zise Reifendynamik umfasst.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:213;2564-2776\">Das bedeutet, dass Ingenieure bereits in einer viel fr\u00fcheren Phase des Entwicklungsprogramms aussagekr\u00e4ftige D\u00e4mpferbewertungen durchf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen, einschlie\u00dflich subjektiver R\u00fcckmeldungen der Fahrer, und zwar mit echter Hardware im Regelkreis statt mit einem vereinfachten Modell, das diese ersetzt.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:29;2778-2806\">Vi-grade und STEP Lab gemeinsam<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:718;2808-3525\">Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, ist das STEP Lab-System nur ein Teil des Ganzen. Die vollst\u00e4ndige Analyse wird n\u00e4mlich durch die Integration des 4-Corner mit der VI-grade-Technologie erm\u00f6glicht. Der Fahrsimulator DiM150 nutzt VI-CarRealTime \u2013 einen Bestandteil der VI-grade-Plattform, mit der STEP Lab eine etablierte Partnerschaft unterh\u00e4lt \u2013 als Echtzeit-L\u00f6sungsmodul f\u00fcr die Fahrzeugdynamik. Das Reifenverhalten wird von FTire von cosin scientific \u00fcbernommen, einem der genauesten Reifenmodelle, die f\u00fcr fahrdynamische Anwendungen verf\u00fcgbar sind. Astemo steuert sowohl das Fahrzeugmodell des Nissan Ariya als auch ein KI-basiertes D\u00e4mpfermodell bei, das in der Demo als erg\u00e4nzender Ansatz parallel zur Hardware von STEP Lab l\u00e4uft und zeigt, wie Software und physikalische Testmethoden im selben Rahmen koexistieren k\u00f6nnen.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:229;3527-3755\">Diese Kombination verdeutlicht, wie STEP Lab seine Systeme positioniert: nicht als eigenst\u00e4ndige Testumgebungen, sondern als Komponenten einer
