vibroac\u00fasticas de soportes de motor, bujes y amortiguadores (<strong>ensayos NVH<\/strong>), y los ensayos de alto n\u00famero de ciclos (<strong>HCF<\/strong>). <\/p>\n<p>Dise\u00f1ada para laboratorios de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, la m\u00e1quina permite realizar ensayos complejos de materiales y componentes con un control preciso de la fuerza y el desplazamiento en una amplia Mediante barridos controlados por frecuencia o temperatura, la m\u00e1quina mide el m\u00f3dulo de almacenamiento (E&#8217;), el m\u00f3dulo de p\u00e9rdida (E\u00bb) y el factor de amortiguamiento (tan \u03b4), proporcionando informaci\u00f3n esencial para el desarrollo de compuestos, la validaci\u00f3n de materiales y la optimizaci\u00f3n del rendimiento din\u00e1mico. Este an\u00e1lisis es crucial para predecir el comportamiento de aisladores, casquillos y soportes en condiciones reales de funcionamiento.  <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Utilizacion_del_sistema_de_ensayo_NVH\"><\/span>Utilizaci\u00f3n del sistema de ensayo NVH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En las <strong>pruebas de ruido, vibraci\u00f3n y dureza (NVH)<\/strong> de los amortiguadores, el sistema permite <strong>analizar con precisi\u00f3n las fuerzas din\u00e1micas y las vibraciones generadas durante el funcionamiento de los componentes, hasta 1000 Hz. <\/strong> Estas pruebas permiten evaluar c\u00f3mo contribuye el amortiguador a la transmisi\u00f3n de vibraciones y ruido dentro del veh\u00edculo, sobre todo en condiciones de alta frecuencia asociadas a irregularidades de la carretera o microbaches.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e1quina permite medir la transmisibilidad vibratoria, la resonancia del sistema y la dependencia de la frecuencia de la fuerza de amortiguaci\u00f3n, par\u00e1metros fundamentales para optimizar el confort ac\u00fastico y el comportamiento NVH del veh\u00edculo.
