El resultado es un entorno completo de bucle cerrado en el que el conductor experimenta una din\u00e1mica del veh\u00edculo realista y los amortiguadores reales se encargan de la tarea. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:56;740-795\">Cuatro actuadores, un bucle<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:383;797-1179\">El sistema \u00ab<strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop<\/strong>\u00bb se basa en cuatro <a href=\"https:\/\/step-lab.com\/es\/maquinas-de-ensayo-amortiguadores\/\">actuadores electrodin\u00e1micos UD01<\/a>, uno por cada rueda. Cada actuador acciona de forma independiente un amortiguador f\u00edsico, reproduciendo en tiempo real las entradas espec\u00edficas de cada rueda calculadas por el solucionador de din\u00e1mica del veh\u00edculo que se ejecuta en el simulador. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:512;1181-1692\">No se trata de una prueba de resistencia est\u00e1tica ni de un ciclo de formas de onda preprogramado. Los actuadores UD01 responden a datos de simulaci\u00f3n en tiempo real: a medida que el conductor gira el volante, frena y acelera dentro del Vi-grade DiM150, el modelo del veh\u00edculo calcula el comportamiento de cada rueda y el sistema de STEP Lab acciona f\u00edsicamente el amortiguador correspondiente en ese preciso instante. Los datos de fuerza y desplazamiento medidos en el hardware real se retroalimentan directamente al bucle de simulaci\u00f3n, cerrando el circuito entre el veh\u00edculo virtual y los componentes f\u00edsicos.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:213;1694-1906\">Su arquitectura electrodin\u00e1mica le confiere el ancho de banda y la precisi\u00f3n din\u00e1mica que requieren las aplicaciones HiL en tiempo real, lo que la convierte en una de las plataformas m\u00e1s eficaces disponibles para este tipo de ensayos de amortiguadores.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:63;1908-1970\">Hardware-in-the-Loop para el desarrollo de amortiguadores: por qu\u00e9 es importante<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:158;1972-2129\">El enfoque HiL de STEP Lab aborda un reto fundamental en el desarrollo de amortiguadores: \u00bfc\u00f3mo se eval\u00faa el comportamiento real de un componente antes de que exista el veh\u00edculo completo?<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:432;2131-2562\">La simulaci\u00f3n pura es r\u00e1pida, pero tiene sus limitaciones: la calidad de un modelo depende de la calidad de sus par\u00e1metros. Las pruebas con el veh\u00edculo completo en un circuito de pruebas son precisas, pero lentas, caras y solo est\u00e1n disponibles en las \u00faltimas fases del ciclo de desarrollo. El sistema STEP Lab ofrece una tercera v\u00eda: amortiguadores f\u00edsicos sometidos a pruebas bajo cargas realistas calculadas din\u00e1micamente, integrados en un entorno de simulaci\u00f3n que incluye el modelo completo del veh\u00edculo y la din\u00e1mica de los neum\u00e1ticos de alta fidelidad.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:213;2564-2776\">Esto significa que los ingenieros pueden realizar evaluaciones significativas de los amortiguadores, incluyendo las opiniones subjetivas de los conductores, en una fase mucho m\u00e1s temprana del programa, utilizando hardware real en el bucle en lugar de un modelo simplificado que lo sustituya.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:29;2778-2806\">Vi-grade y STEP Lab, juntos<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:718;2808-3525\">Como ya se ha mencionado, el sistema STEP Lab es solo una parte del conjunto. De hecho, el an\u00e1lisis completo es posible gracias a la integraci\u00f3n de 4-Corner con la tecnolog\u00eda de VI-grade. Por su parte, Astemo aporta tanto el modelo del veh\u00edculo Nissan Ariya como un modelo de amortiguadores basado en IA, que en la demostraci\u00f3n funciona junto con el hardware de STEP Lab como enfoque complementario, mostrando c\u00f3mo el software y los m\u00e9todos de ensayo f\u00edsico pueden coexistir en un mismo marco.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words
