class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong> ASTM D7774<\/strong> est une norme ASTM utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de fatigue dynamique invers\u00e9e des plastiques dans des conditions de flexion. Il est applicable aux plastiques rigides et semi-rigides. Les niveaux de contrainte et de d\u00e9formation utilis\u00e9s sont maintenus en dessous de la limite proportionnelle du mat\u00e9riau, ce qui garantit que les d\u00e9formations et les contraintes restent dans la plage relativement \u00e9lastique. Des syst\u00e8mes de flexion \u00e0 trois ou quatre points sont utilis\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_PROCEDURES_DESSAI\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; PROC\u00c9DURES D&rsquo;ESSAI<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;ASTM D7774 pr\u00e9sente deux m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proc\u00e9dure A<\/strong> : Dans cette proc\u00e9dure, un \u00e9chantillon de section rectangulaire est soutenu par deux supports \u00e0 double face, et il est charg\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un nez de chargement \u00e0 double face positionn\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-chemin entre les supports. Le rapport entre la port\u00e9e et la profondeur du support est de 16:1. L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon subit une charge cyclique dans les directions positives et n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence uniforme jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il se rompe ou c\u00e8de, tout en maintenant un niveau de contrainte ou de d\u00e9formation sp\u00e9cifique. Cette proc\u00e9dure vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la limite d&rsquo;endurance en flexion du mat\u00e9riau.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Proc\u00e9dure B <\/strong> : Comme la proc\u00e9dure A, avec pour seule diff\u00e9rence le rapport entre la port\u00e9e de la charge et la port\u00e9e du support, qui peut \u00eatre de 1:2 ou de 1:3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE : Ces proc\u00e9dures permettent d&rsquo;utiliser diff\u00e9rentes techniques de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons. Toutefois, il est important de noter que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9par\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment ne doivent pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme comparables, \u00e0 moins que l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalence n&rsquo;ait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_OBJECTIF\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; OBJECTIF<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;objectif<\/strong> de l&rsquo;ASTM D7774 est d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer l&rsquo;impact du traitement, de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de surface, de la contrainte et d&rsquo;autres facteurs sur la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue des mat\u00e9riaux plastiques soumis \u00e0 une contrainte de flexion pendant un nombre significatif de cycles. Ces essais fournissent des informations pr\u00e9cieuses pour la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux plastiques appropri\u00e9s pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des contraintes de flexion r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es dans des conditions de service sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s peuvent varier en fonction de la profondeur de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et de la fr\u00e9quence du test. La fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;essai peut varier de 1 \u00e0 25 Hz, mais il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser une fr\u00e9quence de 5 Hz ou moins.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_NOTES_COMPLEMENTAIRES\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; NOTES COMPL\u00c9MENTAIRES<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il est essentiel de tenir compte du fait que <strong> la r\u00e9action des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 la fatigue<\/strong> <strong>diff\u00e8re d&rsquo;un plastique \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.<\/strong> Si une mati\u00e8re plastique n&rsquo;a pas de r\u00e9gion \u00e9lastique o\u00f9 la d\u00e9formation est r\u00e9versible, une d\u00e9formation plastique se produit pendant l&rsquo;essai de fatigue, entra\u00eenant des changements dans l&rsquo;amplitude de la charge ou de la d\u00e9formation programm\u00e9e tout au long de l&rsquo;essai. Par cons\u00e9quent, il convient d&rsquo;\u00eatre prudent lors de l&rsquo;utilisation des r\u00e9sultats des essais \u00e0 des fins de conception, car ils peuvent ne pas refl\u00e9ter avec pr\u00e9cision les v\u00e9ritables propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de fatigue du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 partir de ces essais de fatigue ne conviennent aux applications de conception que si les conditions d&rsquo;essai du sp\u00e9cimen simulent de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste les conditions de service r\u00e9elles, ou s&rsquo;il existe une m\u00e9thodologie claire et
