Elle propose un ensemble de m\u00e9thodes de test con\u00e7ues pour \u00e9valuer la r\u00e9sistance d&rsquo;un ruban au d\u00e9collement dans des conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. En fournissant des mesures objectives, l&rsquo;ASTM D3330 permet aux fabricants de valider la coh\u00e9rence de leurs produits et aux acheteurs de faire des comparaisons \u00e9clair\u00e9es entre diff\u00e9rents rubans. Cette norme est essentielle dans de nombreuses industries, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;une adh\u00e9sion fiable est cruciale pour l&#8217;emballage, l&rsquo;automobile et d&rsquo;autres applications.   <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Echantillons_et_preparations_dessai\"><\/span>\u00c9chantillons et pr\u00e9parations d&rsquo;essai<br \/><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9cis et reproductibles, la norme <strong>ASTM D3330 sp\u00e9cifie les dimensions<\/strong> des sp\u00e9cimens d&rsquo;essai. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les \u00e9chantillons sont coup\u00e9s \u00e0 une largeur de <strong>24 mm (tol\u00e9rance de \u00b10,5 mm)<\/strong> et \u00e0 une longueur de <strong>300 mm<\/strong>. En voici un aper\u00e7u : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> M\u00e9thode A<\/strong> &#8211; Mesure l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion par pelage \u00e0 180\u00b0 d&rsquo;un ruban monocouche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode B<\/strong> &#8211; \u00c9valuation de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du support d&rsquo;un ruban monocouche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode C<\/strong> &#8211; Test de la r\u00e9sistance au pelage d&rsquo;un ruban doublement enduit.<\/li>\n<li><strong> M\u00e9thode D <\/strong> &#8211; \u00c9value l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du rev\u00eatement pour les rubans \u00e0 simple ou double couche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode E<\/strong> &#8211; Analyse l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence des rubans de transfert adh\u00e9sifs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode F<\/strong> &#8211; Mesure l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion par pelage \u00e0 90\u00b0 d&rsquo;un ruban monocouche.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Chaque m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 appliquer le ruban sur un <strong>panneau d&rsquo;essai standard<\/strong> et \u00e0 le d\u00e9coller selon un angle d\u00e9termin\u00e9, ce qui simule les contraintes r\u00e9elles. Ces m\u00e9thodes permettent de comprendre en d\u00e9tail le comportement d&rsquo;un adh\u00e9sif sous diff\u00e9rentes forces et configurations. STEP Lab propose des <strong>kits de test de pelage \u00e0 90\u00b0 et 180\u00b0<\/strong> qui s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent parfaitement aux machines des s\u00e9ries EA et UD et permettent une mesure pr\u00e9cise de la force \u00e0 chaque angle de pelage.
