mat\u00e9riaux nominalement homog\u00e8nes par l&rsquo;application de forces uniaxiales sur des sp\u00e9cimens d&rsquo;essai. Il constitue un guide complet pour la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;essais de fatigue dans divers domaines, notamment la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement de mat\u00e9riaux, la conception m\u00e9canique, le contr\u00f4le des processus et de la qualit\u00e9, les performances des produits et l&rsquo;analyse des d\u00e9faillances.<\/p>\n<p>Cette norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement con\u00e7ue pour les essais de fatigue contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par d\u00e9formation, mais elle peut \u00e9galement fournir des informations pr\u00e9cieuses pour les essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par force ou par contrainte. Il est essentiel de reconna\u00eetre que la norme <strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> porte sp\u00e9cifiquement sur les essais de sp\u00e9cimens et n&rsquo;englobe pas les essais de composants, de structures ou de produits de consommation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_E606_%E2%80%93_TEMPERATURE_ET_TAUX_DE_DEFORMATION\"><\/span>ASTM E606 &#8211; TEMP\u00c9RATURE ET TAUX DE D\u00c9FORMATION<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> est applicable dans les plages de temp\u00e9rature et de vitesse de d\u00e9formation o\u00f9 les amplitudes des d\u00e9formations in\u00e9lastiques d\u00e9pendantes du temps sont comparables ou inf\u00e9rieures aux amplitudes des d\u00e9formations in\u00e9lastiques ind\u00e9pendantes du temps. Aucune restriction sp\u00e9cifique n&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e aux facteurs environnementaux tels que la temp\u00e9rature, la pression, l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et le milieu, pour autant qu&rsquo;ils soient m\u00e9ticuleusement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s tout au long de l&rsquo;essai et soigneusement document\u00e9s dans le rapport de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"LES_EXIGENCES_DES_ESSAIS_DE_FATIGUE_CONTROLES_PAR_DEFORMATION\"><\/span>LES EXIGENCES DES ESSAIS DE FATIGUE CONTR\u00d4L\u00c9S PAR D\u00c9FORMATION<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La fatigue contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par la d\u00e9formation est influenc\u00e9e par les m\u00eames variables que la fatigue contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par la force, mais elle impose des exigences particuli\u00e8res aux m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai de fatigue. En particulier, la d\u00e9formation totale cyclique doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e et la d\u00e9formation plastique cyclique doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. En outre, l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre de ces d\u00e9formations est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir les limites cycliques ; la d\u00e9formation totale est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e tout au long du cycle. Si le comportement du mat\u00e9riau le permet, la stabilit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le doit garantir que les limites maximales et minimales de d\u00e9formation sont r\u00e9p\u00e9tables pendant toute la
