plastiques renforc\u00e9s et non renforc\u00e9s<\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;essai comprend la d\u00e9termination des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de traction des plastiques renforc\u00e9s et non renforc\u00e9s, en utilisant des \u00e9prouvettes standard en forme d&rsquo;halt\u00e8re, soumises \u00e0 des conditions bien d\u00e9finies de pr\u00e9traitement, de temp\u00e9rature, d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et de vitesse de la machine d&rsquo;essai. Enfin, connecter l&rsquo;indicateur d&rsquo;extension \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un extensom\u00e8tre lorsqu&rsquo;il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9terminer le module d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9. R\u00e9glez la vitesse de test et d\u00e9marrez le test. Enregistrez la courbe charge-extension de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et documentez la charge et l&rsquo;extension \u00e0 la limite d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 (si elle existe) et au moment de la rupture.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D638_%E2%80%93_SPECIMENS\"><\/span>ASTM D638 &#8211; SP\u00c9CIMENS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9chantillons utilis\u00e9s dans les essais ASTM D638 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en <strong>forme d&rsquo;halt\u00e8re<\/strong>, avec le choix d&rsquo;une longueur de calibre de 25 mm ou 50 mm (recommand\u00e9). Les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques sont les suivantes : une pr\u00e9cision absolue de 10 \u03bcm pour une longueur de jauge de 50 mm et une pr\u00e9cision relative de \u00b10,5 % pour la mesure du module d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 \u00e0 la traction, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ASTM D638.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un allongement au-del\u00e0 de la limite d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 mais inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 %, il faut une pr\u00e9cision absolue de 50 \u03bcm pour une longueur de jauge de 50 mm et une pr\u00e9cision relative de 1 %.
