fondamentaux pour \u00e9valuer de mani\u00e8re exhaustive les performances m\u00e9caniques des dispositifs de fusion du corps intervert\u00e9bral.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d&rsquo;effectuer des tests dans des conditions simul\u00e9es in vivo, tous les tests doivent d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s <strong>\u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans l&rsquo;air.<\/strong><br \/> Par la suite, <strong>si n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>, ils doivent \u00eatre <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s <\/strong> en utilisant un bain de liquide et une <strong> solution saline \u00e0 37\u00b0C<\/strong> pour simuler les contr\u00f4l\u00e9e pour induire simultan\u00e9ment une compression et un cisaillement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;essai se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 un rythme contr\u00f4l\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance fonctionnelle ou m\u00e9canique de l&rsquo;ensemble du dispositif soit observ\u00e9e.<br \/> Tout au long de l&rsquo;essai, les observations des d\u00e9faillances m\u00e9caniques,
