que des mesures de d\u00e9placement sp\u00e9cifiques soient enregistr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;essai <\/strong> est la suivante :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9chantillons conform\u00e9ment aux lignes directrices standard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alignement <\/strong> : Placer la plaque osseuse dans le dispositif d&rsquo;essai, en alignant son axe long perpendiculairement aux axes des rouleaux de chargement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application de la charge<\/strong> : Appliquer des charges incr\u00e9mentales et enregistrer la courbe de la charge en fonction du d\u00e9placement du point de charge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" <strong>r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue des plaques osseuses dans des conditions de charge cyclique<\/strong>.<br \/> Il \u00e9value la fa\u00e7on dont les plaques se comportent sous des contraintes de flexion r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;essai<\/strong> de fatigue est la suivante :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9termination de la charge<\/strong> : D\u00e9terminer les niveaux de charge pour les essais de fatigue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alignement de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon<\/strong> : Placer la plaque osseuse dans le dispositif d&rsquo;essai, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien align\u00e9e et en contact avec les rouleaux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chargement cyclique<\/strong> : Appliquer des charges cycliques \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence (la norme est de 5 Hz) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon se casse ou que le nombre de cycles atteigne la limite d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enregistrement des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> : Enregistrer le moment maximal, le nombre de cycles \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;essai, le mode de d\u00e9faillance
