Les principales \u00e9tapes du processus d&rsquo;essai sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon cylindrique \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une encoche tranchante.<\/li>\n<li>Application d&rsquo;une charge cyclique avec une amplitude de force constante.<\/li>\n<li>Contr\u00f4le et enregistrement du nombre de cycles jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la rupture de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Le test fournit une \u00e9valuation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e de la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 la croissance lente des fissures, permettant d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes sans alt\u00e9rer la structure du polym\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le processus d&rsquo;essai n\u00e9cessite un syst\u00e8me de chargement capable d&rsquo;appliquer et d&rsquo;enregistrer une charge cyclique avec des limites d\u00e9finies avec pr\u00e9cision en utilisant une forme d&rsquo;onde sinuso\u00efdale. La charge cyclique, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la charge maximale (Fmax) et le rapport de charge (R), doit maintenir des <strong>valeurs de charge maximale et minimale constantes avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b11%<\/strong> tout au long de l&rsquo;essai.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>fr\u00e9quence du cycle de charge ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 10 Hz<\/strong>, avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b11%.
