La norme <strong>ISO 2439<\/strong> d\u00e9crit quatre m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai (A \u00e0 D) pour la d\u00e9termination de la duret\u00e9 par indentation, ainsi qu&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode (E) pour \u00e9valuer le coefficient de d\u00e9formation en compression et le taux de perte d&rsquo;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis de ces mat\u00e9riaux. L&rsquo;annexe A donne un aper\u00e7u concis des param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;essai et des graphiques de force-indentation typiques obtenus par ces m\u00e9thodes.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que ces cinq m\u00e9thodes s&rsquo;appliquent sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 la mousse de latex, \u00e0 la mousse d&rsquo;ur\u00e9thane et \u00e0 la mousse de PVC \u00e0 cellules ouvertes. Ils conviennent pour tester les articles finis et caract\u00e9riser les mat\u00e9riaux en vrac.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ISO_2439_%E2%80%93_METHODES_DESSAI\"><\/span>ISO 2439 &#8211; M\u00c9THODES D&rsquo;ESSAI<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La norme <strong>ISO 2439<\/strong> sp\u00e9cifie les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;essai suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9thode A : D\u00e9termine l&rsquo;indice de duret\u00e9 par indentation de 40%\/30s, fournissant une mesure unique \u00e0 des fins d&rsquo;essais en laboratoire.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9thode B : d\u00e9termine les caract\u00e9ristiques de la duret\u00e9 de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de 25%-40%-65%\/30s, ce qui permet de mieux comprendre la forme de la courbe de duret\u00e9 de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9thode C : D\u00e9termination de la duret\u00e9 par indentation de 40 %, con\u00e7ue comme une proc\u00e9dure rapide convenant aux essais de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9thode D : D\u00e9termine l&rsquo;indice de duret\u00e9 \u00e0 faible indentation de 25 %\/20s, con\u00e7u comme une proc\u00e9dure rapide convenant aux essais d&rsquo;inspection.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9thode E : D\u00e9termine le coefficient de d\u00e9formation en compression et le taux de perte d&rsquo;hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis, fournissant des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s portantes des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cependant, il est important de reconna\u00eetre que les r\u00e9sultats obtenus par ces m\u00e9thodes ne concernent que les conditions d&rsquo;essai sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es et, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ne doivent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s directement \u00e0 des fins de
