Les normes <strong>ISO 7206-4<\/strong> et <strong>ISO 7206-6<\/strong> d\u00e9crivent les essais permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue et la durabilit\u00e9 des composants f\u00e9moraux avec tiges dans les proth\u00e8ses de hanche.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La norme <strong>ISO 7206-4<\/strong> d\u00e9crit un <strong>protocole d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;endurance des composants f\u00e9moraux des proth\u00e8ses de l&rsquo;articulation de la hanche<\/strong>, \u00e0 la fois dans le cadre d&rsquo;une arthroplastie totale de la hanche et lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont utilis\u00e9s seuls dans le cadre d&rsquo;une arthroplastie partielle de la hanche. Il \u00e9tablit les conditions d&rsquo;essai pour refl\u00e9ter fid\u00e8lement les facteurs de performance du monde r\u00e9el et d\u00e9taille la pr\u00e9paration des sp\u00e9cimens pour les essais.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;<strong>ISO 7206-6<\/strong> sp\u00e9cifie une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;endurance des composants f\u00e9moraux dans les proth\u00e8ses de hanche, \u00e0 la fois dans les arthroplasties totales de la hanche et dans les proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;arthroplastie partielle de la hanche.
