Chaque \u00e9chantillon est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9 et conditionn\u00e9 selon des param\u00e8tres environnementaux sp\u00e9cifiques avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre test\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;essai appropri\u00e9e est choisie et l&rsquo;appareil d&rsquo;essai est configur\u00e9 en cons\u00e9quence. Avant de poursuivre, <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de chaque \u00e9chantillon est mesur\u00e9e au niveau de la zone d&rsquo;impact.<\/strong> Pour les \u00e9chantillons moul\u00e9s par injection, si la variation d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur ne d\u00e9passe pas 5 %, une seule mesure suffit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour que les r\u00e9sultats ne soient pas biais\u00e9s, un \u00e9chantillon est choisi au hasard.<\/strong> Il est ensuite soigneusement positionn\u00e9 sur la plaque de support, ce qui permet d&rsquo;assurer la coh\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;alignement de la surface dans tous les tests. Le test d&rsquo;impact proprement dit consiste \u00e0 soulever le pied de l&rsquo;attaquant et le poids \u00e0 une hauteur d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<br \/> Avant de rel\u00e2cher le poids, il est essentiel de v\u00e9rifier que l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est bien \u00e0 plat contre la plaque de support.<br \/> Lors de la lib\u00e9ration, le poids frappe le sp\u00e9cimen et l&rsquo;impact qui en r\u00e9sulte est analys\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;essai, <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est examin\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les signes visibles de d\u00e9faillance, tels que les fissures, les fractures ou les d\u00e9formations permanentes.<\/strong> Si les dommages ne sont pas imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9vidents, un colorant p\u00e9n\u00e9trant comme le violet de gentiane peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les microfissures. En fonction des r\u00e9sultats, la hauteur de chute est ajust\u00e9e.<br \/> Si le sp\u00e9cimen est d\u00e9faillant, la hauteur est r\u00e9duite tout en maintenant le poids constant. Inversement, si l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon reste intact, la hauteur est augment\u00e9e progressivement pour l&rsquo;essai suivant.
