la norme ASTM D790 ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La norme <strong>ASTM D790<\/strong> est la \u00ab <strong>M\u00e9thode d&rsquo;essai standard pour les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de flexion des plastiques non renforc\u00e9s et renforc\u00e9s et des mat\u00e9riaux isolants \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> \u00bb. Contrairement \u00e0 un essai de traction qui d\u00e9chire un mat\u00e9riau, la norme ASTM D790 utilise un syst\u00e8me de chargement \u00e0 trois points qui applique une force de flexion au centre d&rsquo;un \u00e9chantillon soutenu en deux points. <\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour les mat\u00e9riaux rigides et semi-rigides qui ne se rompent pas (ne se cassent pas) dans une limite de d\u00e9formation de 5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;elle soit souvent compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la norme <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/step-lab.com\/fr\/normes-iso\/iso-178\/\">ISO 178<\/a><\/span>, la norme <strong>ASTM D790<\/strong> est la principale r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain et diff\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en termes de dimensions des \u00e9chantillons, d&rsquo;exigences relatives \u00e0 la port\u00e9e des supports et de vitesses d&rsquo;essai.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_mesure_la_norme_ASTM_D790\"><\/span>Que mesure la norme ASTM D790 ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le test g\u00e9n\u00e8re une <strong>courbe charge-d\u00e9formation<\/strong>, qui est utilis\u00e9e pour calculer plusieurs valeurs m\u00e9caniques critiques : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Module de flexion<\/strong> : mesure de la rigidit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau ou de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la flexion.
