Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des balayages contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par la fr\u00e9quence ou la temp\u00e9rature, la machine mesure le module de stockage (E&rsquo;), le module de perte (E\u00a0\u00bb) et le facteur d&rsquo;amortissement (tan \u03b4), fournissant ainsi des informations essentielles pour le d\u00e9veloppement de compos\u00e9s, la validation des mat\u00e9riaux et l&rsquo;optimisation des performances dynamiques. Cette analyse est cruciale pour pr\u00e9dire le comportement des isolateurs, des travers\u00e9es et des supports dans des conditions de fonctionnement r\u00e9elles.  <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Utilisation_du_systeme_de_test_NVH\"><\/span>Utilisation du syst\u00e8me de test NVH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dans les <strong>essais de bruit, de vibration et de duret\u00e9 (NVH) <\/strong> sur les amortisseurs, le syst\u00e8me permet une <strong>analyse pr\u00e9cise des forces dynamiques et des vibrations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es pendant le fonctionnement du composant, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1000 Hz<\/strong>. Ces essais nous permettent d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer comment l&rsquo;amortisseur contribue \u00e0 la transmission des vibrations et du bruit \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule, en particulier dans des conditions de haute fr\u00e9quence associ\u00e9es aux irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de la route ou aux micro-bosses.<\/p>\n<p>La machine permet de mesurer la transmissibilit\u00e9 vibratoire, la r\u00e9sonance du syst\u00e8me et la d\u00e9pendance en fr\u00e9quence de la force d&rsquo;amortissement, des param\u00e8tres fondamentaux pour optimiser le confort acoustique et les performances NVH du v\u00e9hicule.
