La r\u00e9ponse est d\u00e9sormais disponible sur YouTube, et elle montre exactement \u00e0 quoi ressemblent, dans la pratique, les capacit\u00e9s de test \u00ab Hardware-in-the-Loop \u00bb du STEP Lab. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:423;316-738\">La vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sente une s\u00e9ance de conduite en direct sur le simulateur DiM150, \u00e9quip\u00e9e du syst\u00e8me \u00ab <strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop<\/strong> \u00bb de STEP Lab, du moteur de dynamique du v\u00e9hicule VI-CarRealTime, du logiciel FTire pour la mod\u00e9lisation des pneus, ainsi que d\u2019un mod\u00e8le d\u2019amortisseur bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019IA d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Astemo. Il en r\u00e9sulte un environnement complet en boucle ferm\u00e9e dans lequel le conducteur fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019une dynamique du v\u00e9hicule r\u00e9aliste, tandis que de v\u00e9ritables amortisseurs assurent le fonctionnement. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:56;740-795\">Quatre actionneurs, une boucle<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:383;797-1179\">Le syst\u00e8me \u00ab <strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop <\/strong>\u00bb s&rsquo;articule autour de quatre <a href=\"https:\/\/step-lab.com\/fr\/systemes-dessai-amortisseurs\/\">actionneurs \u00e9lectrodynamiques UD01<\/a>, \u00e0 raison d&rsquo;un par roue. Chaque actionneur commande de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante un amortisseur physique, reproduisant en temps r\u00e9el les commandes sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque roue calcul\u00e9es par le solveur de dynamique du v\u00e9hicule fonctionnant dans le simulateur. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:512;1181-1692\">Il ne s&rsquo;agit ni d&rsquo;un essai d&rsquo;endurance statique ni d&rsquo;un cycle de formes d&rsquo;onde pr\u00e9programm\u00e9. Les actionneurs UD01 r\u00e9agissent aux donn\u00e9es de simulation en temps r\u00e9el : lorsque le conducteur braque, freine et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re dans le Vi-grade DiM150, le mod\u00e8le du v\u00e9hicule calcule le comportement de chaque roue, et le syst\u00e8me STEP Lab actionne physiquement l&rsquo;amortisseur correspondant \u00e0 cet instant pr\u00e9cis. Les donn\u00e9es de force et de d\u00e9placement mesur\u00e9es sur le mat\u00e9riel r\u00e9el sont directement r\u00e9inject\u00e9es dans la boucle de simulation, bouclant ainsi le circuit entre le v\u00e9hicule virtuel et les composants physiques.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:213;1694-1906\">Son architecture \u00e9lectrodynamique lui conf\u00e8re la bande passante et la pr\u00e9cision dynamique requises par les applications HiL en temps r\u00e9el, ce qui en fait l&rsquo;une des plateformes les plus performantes disponibles pour ce type d&rsquo;essais d&rsquo;amortisseurs.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:63;1908-1970\">Le \u00ab Hardware-in-the-Loop \u00bb pour le d\u00e9veloppement des amortisseurs : pourquoi c&rsquo;est important<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:158;1972-2129\">L&rsquo;approche HiL du STEP Lab r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi fondamental dans le d\u00e9veloppement des amortisseurs : comment \u00e9valuer le comportement r\u00e9el d&rsquo;un composant avant que le v\u00e9hicule complet n&rsquo;existe ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:432;2131-2562\">La simulation pure est rapide mais limit\u00e9e : la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9pend enti\u00e8rement de ses param\u00e8tres. Les essais sur v\u00e9hicule complet sur un circuit d&rsquo;essais sont pr\u00e9cis mais lents, co\u00fbteux et ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s qu&rsquo;\u00e0 un stade avanc\u00e9 du cycle de d\u00e9veloppement. Le syst\u00e8me STEP Lab offre une troisi\u00e8me voie : des amortisseurs physiques test\u00e9s sous des charges r\u00e9alistes calcul\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re dynamique, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un environnement de simulation comprenant le mod\u00e8le complet du v\u00e9hicule et une dynamique des pneus haute fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:213;2564-2776\">Cela signifie que les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9valuations pertinentes des amortisseurs, en tenant compte notamment des retours subjectifs des conducteurs, \u00e0 un stade beaucoup plus pr\u00e9coce du programme, en utilisant du mat\u00e9riel r\u00e9el dans la boucle plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un mod\u00e8le simplifi\u00e9 servant de substitut.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:29;2778-2806\">Vi-grade et STEP Lab s&rsquo;associent<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:718;2808-3525\">Comme mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, le syst\u00e8me STEP Lab ne constitue qu\u2019une partie de l\u2019ensemble. L\u2019analyse compl\u00e8te est en effet rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la technologie 4-Corner avec VI-grade. Le simulateur de conduite DiM150 utilise VI-CarRealTime, qui fait partie de la plateforme VI-grade \u2013 avec laquelle STEP Lab a \u00e9tabli un partenariat \u2013 comme solveur de dynamique du v\u00e9hicule en temps r\u00e9el. Le comportement des pneus est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par FTire de cosin scientific, l\u2019un des mod\u00e8les de pneus les plus pr\u00e9cis disponibles pour les applications de dynamique des v\u00e9hicules. Quant \u00e0 Astemo, il fournit \u00e0 la fois le mod\u00e8le du v\u00e9hicule Nissan Ariya et un mod\u00e8le d\u2019amortisseur bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019IA, qui, dans la d\u00e9monstration, fonctionne en parall\u00e8le avec le mat\u00e9riel de STEP Lab dans une approche compl\u00e9mentaire, montrant ainsi comment les m\u00e9thodes logicielles et les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019essais physiques peuvent coexister au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame cadre.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:229;3527-3755\">Cette combinaison illustre la mani\u00e8re dont STEP Lab positionne ses syst\u00e8mes : non pas comme des bancs d&rsquo;essai autonomes, mais comme des composants d&rsquo;un environnement de d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9gr\u00e9
