D7774?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>ASTM D7774<\/strong> \u00e8 uno standard ASTM utilizzato per determinare le propriet\u00e0 di fatica dinamica inversa delle materie plastiche in condizioni di flessione. \u00c8 applicabile a plastiche rigide e semirigide. I livelli di sollecitazione e di deformazione utilizzati sono mantenuti al di sotto del limite proporzionale del materiale, assicurando che le deformazioni e le sollecitazioni rimangano nell&#8217;intervallo relativamente elastico. Per accertare queste propriet\u00e0 si utilizzano sistemi di flessione a tre o quattro punti.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_PROCEDURE_DI_TEST\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; PROCEDURE DI TEST<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La norma ASTM D7774 presenta due diversi metodi di prova:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Procedura A:<\/strong> in questa procedura, un provino a sezione rettangolare \u00e8 sostenuto da due supporti bifacciali e viene caricato utilizzando un naso di carico bifacciale posizionato a met\u00e0 tra i supporti. Si utilizza un rapporto ampiezza-profondit\u00e0 del supporto di 16:1. Il provino \u00e8 sottoposto a un carico ciclico in entrambe le direzioni, positiva e negativa, con una frequenza uniforme, finch\u00e9 non si rompe o cede, mantenendo uno specifico livello di sollecitazione o deformazione. Questa procedura mira a determinare il limite di resistenza alla flessione del materiale.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Procedura B:<\/strong> Come la procedura A, con l&#8217;unica differenza del rapporto tra ampiezza di carico e ampiezza di sostegno, che pu\u00f2 essere 1:2 o 1:3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTA: queste procedure consentono diverse tecniche di preparazione dei campioni. Tuttavia, \u00e8 importante notare che i risultati ottenuti da campioni preparati in modo diverso non devono essere considerati comparabili, a meno che non sia stata dimostrata l&#8217;equivalenza.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_SCOPO\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; SCOPO<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lo <strong>scopo <\/strong> della norma ASTM D7774 \u00e8 quello di valutare l&#8217;impatto della lavorazione, delle condizioni superficiali, delle sollecitazioni e di altri fattori sulla resistenza alla fatica dei materiali plastici sottoposti a sollecitazioni di flessione per un numero significativo di cicli. Questi test forniscono informazioni preziose per la selezione di materiali plastici adatti a resistere a ripetute sollecitazioni di flessione in condizioni di servizio specifiche.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 importante notare che le propriet\u00e0 possono variare a seconda della profondit\u00e0 del provino e della frequenza di prova. La frequenza di test pu\u00f2 variare da 1 a 25 Hz, ma si consiglia di utilizzare una frequenza di 5 Hz o inferiore.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_D7774_%E2%80%93_NOTE_AGGIUNTIVE\"><\/span>ASTM D7774 &#8211; NOTE AGGIUNTIVE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c8 fondamentale considerare che <strong> la risposta del materiale alla fatica<\/strong> <strong>differisce tra le varie materie plastiche.<\/strong> Se un materiale plastico non ha una regione elastica in cui la deformazione \u00e8 reversibile, durante la prova di fatica si verifica una deformazione plastica che porta a cambiamenti nell&#8217;ampiezza del carico o della deformazione programmata durante la prova. Pertanto, quando si utilizzano i risultati delle prove a fini progettuali, occorre prestare attenzione perch\u00e9 potrebbero non riflettere accuratamente le reali propriet\u00e0 di fatica del materiale.<\/p>\n<p>I risultati ottenuti da queste prove di fatica sono adatti per la progettazione solo se le condizioni di prova dei provini simulano realisticamente le reali condizioni di servizio o se esiste una metodologia chiara e definita per tenere conto delle condizioni di servizio.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='flex_cell
