Si tratta di una guida completa per l&#8217;esecuzione di prove di fatica in vari campi, tra cui la ricerca e lo sviluppo dei materiali, la progettazione meccanica, il controllo dei processi e della qualit\u00e0, le prestazioni dei prodotti e l&#8217;analisi dei guasti.<\/p>\n<p>Questo standard \u00e8 stato concepito principalmente per le prove di fatica controllate dalla deformazione, ma pu\u00f2 anche fornire indicazioni preziose per le prove controllate dalla forza o dalla sollecitazione. \u00c8 essenziale riconoscere che la norma <strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> riguarda specificamente le prove su campioni e non comprende le prove su componenti, strutture o prodotti di consumo in scala reale.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_E606_%E2%80%93_TEMPERATURA_E_TASSI_DI_DEFORMAZIONE\"><\/span>ASTM E606 &#8211; TEMPERATURA E TASSI DI DEFORMAZIONE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La norma <strong>ASTM E606<\/strong> \u00e8 applicabile in intervalli di temperatura e velocit\u00e0 di deformazione in cui le grandezze delle deformazioni anelastiche dipendenti dal tempo sono paragonabili o inferiori alle grandezze delle deformazioni anelastiche indipendenti dal tempo. Non sono previste restrizioni specifiche per i fattori ambientali quali temperatura, pressione, umidit\u00e0 e mezzo, purch\u00e9 siano controllati meticolosamente per tutta la durata del test e documentati accuratamente nel rapporto dati.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"REQUISITI_DELLE_PROVE_DI_FATICA_A_CONTROLLO_DI_DEFORMAZIONE\"><\/span>REQUISITI DELLE PROVE DI FATICA A CONTROLLO DI DEFORMAZIONE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La fatica controllata dalla deformazione \u00e8 influenzata dalle stesse variabili che influenzano la fatica controllata dalla forza, ma impone requisiti particolari ai metodi di prova della fatica. In particolare, \u00e8 necessario misurare la deformazione totale ciclica e determinare la deformazione plastica ciclica. Inoltre, una di queste deformazioni viene solitamente utilizzata per stabilire i limiti ciclici; la deformazione totale viene solitamente controllata per tutto il ciclo. L&#8217;unicit\u00e0 di questo metodo di prova e dei risultati che ne derivano \u00e8 la determinazione delle sollecitazioni e delle deformazioni cicliche in qualsiasi momento delle prove.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IMPORTANZA_DELLE_PROVE_DI_FATICA_A_CONTROLLO_DI_DEFORMAZIONE\"><\/span>IMPORTANZA DELLE PROVE DI FATICA A CONTROLLO DI DEFORMAZIONE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La fatica controllata dalla deformazione \u00e8 una considerazione critica nella progettazione di prodotti industriali, in particolare quando componenti o sezioni specifiche di componenti subiscono deformazioni plastiche cicliche indotte da fattori meccanici o termici, che portano al cedimento entro un numero relativamente basso di cicli.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_E606_%E2%80%93_CARATTERISTICHE_DELLA_MACCHINA_DI_PROVA\"><\/span>ASTM E606 &#8211; CARATTERISTICHE DELLA MACCHINA DI PROVA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le prove devono essere eseguite con una macchina per prove di fatica a trazione-compressione, progettata per ridurre al minimo il gioco nel treno di carico, a meno che non siano specificati requisiti pi\u00f9 severi.
