meccaniche degli impianti spinali, consentendo il confronto tra diverse configurazioni e applicazioni, nonch\u00e9 tra diversi design. In sostanza, forniscono linee guida per valutare le prestazioni degli impianti spinali in vari contesti anatomici e con diversi metodi di applicazione alla colonna vertebrale.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_F1717_COSA_MISURA\"><\/span>ASTM F1717: COSA MISURA?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Gli standard ASTM F1717 si concentrano sulla <strong>valutazione delle caratteristiche meccaniche statiche e dinamiche degli impianti spinali. <\/strong> I test meccanici associati sono condotti in vitro, utilizzando schemi di carico semplificati che, sebbene non siano in grado di replicare accuratamente i carichi complessi che agiscono sulla colonna vertebrale in vivo, consentono comunque di confrontare diverse configurazioni di impianti spinali in termini di parametri meccanici rilevanti.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_F1717_CONDIZIONI_DI_PROVA\"><\/span>ASTM F1717: CONDIZIONI DI PROVA<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>In generale, vengono testati <strong>sei campioni<\/strong>, con due blocchi di UHMWPE utilizzati per la fissazione dell&#8217;impianto. Il carico dinamico \u00e8 condotto a una <strong>frequenza di 5 Hz<\/strong> e <strong>fino a 5 milioni di cicli<\/strong>. I test regolari vengono eseguiti in aria a <strong>temperatura ambiente<\/strong>. Tuttavia, se il materiale dell&#8217;impianto richiede un&#8217;impostazione dei test che simuli le condizioni ambientali corporee a 37\u00b0C in soluzione salina, queste condizioni vengono accettate.<\/p>\n<p>Lo standard definisce quattro procedure di prova: flessione statica e dinamica a compressione assiale, flessione statica a trazione e torsione statica. <br \/> \u00c8 applicabile itemprop=\"text\" ><ul>\n<li>Scopo del test: questo test valuta la resistenza e la stabilit\u00e0 degli impianti spinali quando vengono sottoposti a carichi di compressione e flessione simili a quelli della colonna vertebrale umana.<\/li>\n<li>Procedura di prova:\n<ul>\n<li>Preparazione del campione: I blocchi di polietilene ad altissimo peso molecolare (UHMWPE) sono selezionati per simulare i corpi vertebrali. Gli ancoraggi necessari per l&#8217;installazione del campione sono preparati secondo le istruzioni del produttore.<\/li>\n<li>Montaggio dell&#8217;impianto spinale: L&#8217;impianto spinale viene assemblato e installato tra i blocchi di UHMWPE, rispettando le specifiche del produttore.<\/li>\n<li>Applicazione del carico: Il carico viene applicato alla velocit\u00e0 specificata negli standard ASTM F1717 (di solito 25 mm\/min) fino al raggiungimento del punto di snervamento o oltre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Parametri valutati: Le curve carico-spostamento vengono registrate durante il test
