Le fasi principali del processo di test comprendono:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparazione del provino cilindrico con un&#8217;incisione affilata.<\/li>\n<li>Applicazione di un carico ciclico con ampiezza di forza costante.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoraggio e registrazione del numero di cicli fino al cedimento del provino. Il test fornisce una valutazione accelerata della resistenza del materiale alla crescita lenta delle cricche, consentendo di ottenere risultati a temperatura ambiente senza alterare la struttura del polimero.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il processo di prova richiede un sistema di carico in grado di applicare e registrare un carico ciclico con limiti precisamente definiti utilizzando una forma d&#8217;onda sinusoidale. Il carico ciclico, caratterizzato dal carico massimo (Fmax) e dal rapporto di carico (R), deve mantenere costanti i <strong>valori di carico massimo e minimo con una precisione di \u00b11%<\/strong> per tutta la durata della prova.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>frequenza del ciclo di carico non deve superare i 10 Hz<\/strong>, con una precisione di \u00b11%.
