Misurazione iniziale: Spessore e durezza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il test inizia con una valutazione iniziale del campione:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo spessore \u00e8 misurato sotto un precarico di 5 N<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;indice di durezza all&#8217;indentazione \u00e8 misurato al 40% di indentazione con un tempo di mantenimento di 30 secondi, secondo il metodo A della norma ISO 2439.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Prova di fatica: Carico costante<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il nucleo della norma ISO 3385 prevede 80.000 cicli di sollecitazione a carico costante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il penetratore funziona a una frequenza di 70 \u00b1 5 urti\/min. <\/li>\n<li>Il campione deve essere pi\u00f9 grande del penetratore ma pi\u00f9 piccolo della piastra di supporto.<\/li>\n<li>Durante il test non deve essere superata una forza massima di 770 N.<\/li>\n<li>Il test pu\u00f2 essere condotto in condizioni climatiche standard o controllate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
