idraulici, \u00e8 arrivata la seconda rivoluzione nel campo dei test. <strong>L&#8217;azionamento elettrico sta sostituendo i sistemi idraulici<\/strong> nei laboratori di tutto il mondo e i vantaggi vanno ben oltre le prestazioni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP Lab<\/strong> \u00e8 nata nel 2007 come pioniera di questa rivoluzione e, sin dal primo giorno, si \u00e8 dedicata allo studio e allo sviluppo di di scorrimento)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attualmente la gamma di attuatori elettromeccanici copre un ampio intervallo di forze: <strong>da <1 kN a oltre 200 kN di forza dinamica<\/strong>. In questi attuatori non \u00e8 presente alcuna trasmissione meccanica: la forza elettromagnetica viene trasmessa direttamente dal motore lineare all&#8217;asta dell&#8217;attuatore. Ci\u00f2 consente di ottenere un&#8217;efficienza del sistema molto elevata, solitamente superiore all&#8217;85%.  <\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Effetto_%E2%80%9CKERS%E2%80%9D_Sistema_di_recupero_dellenergia_cinetica\"><\/span>Effetto \u201cKERS\u201d (Sistema di recupero dell&#8217;energia cinetica)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Nella prova ciclica, durante la met\u00e0 del ciclo <strong>quando la macchina deve ridurre l&#8217;energia di un campione, tale energia viene recuperata e immagazzinata in condensatori<\/strong>, per essere riutilizzata nella fase successiva. Questo effetto diventa molto pi\u00f9 rilevante quando la velocit\u00e0 e la frequenza di prova aumentano. <\/p>\n<p>Queste due caratteristiche consentono di <strong>risparmiare dal 60% all&#8217;80% di energia totale rispetto al sistema di prova idraulico e, in determinate condizioni<\/strong> (frequenza di prova = frequenza naturale del campione), <strong>il risparmio supera il
