La risposta \u00e8 ora disponibile su YouTube e mostra esattamente come si concretizzano nella pratica le capacit\u00e0 di test Hardware-in-the-Loop di STEP Lab. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:423;316-738\">Il video mostra una sessione di guida dal vivo sul simulatore DiM150, con il sistema <strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop<\/strong> di STEP Lab, VI-CarRealTime come motore di dinamica del veicolo, FTire per la modellazione degli pneumatici e un modello di ammortizzatore basato sull&#8217;intelligenza artificiale sviluppato da Astemo. Il risultato \u00e8 un ambiente completo a ciclo chiuso in cui il conducente sperimenta una dinamica del veicolo realistica e gli ammortizzatori reali svolgono il loro lavoro. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:56;740-795\">Quattro attuatori, un circuito<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:383;797-1179\">Il sistema &#8220;<strong>4-Corner Damper-in-the-Loop<\/strong>&#8221; \u00e8 costituito da quattro <a href=\"https:\/\/step-lab.com\/it\/sistemi-di-prova-ammortizzatori\/\">attuatori elettrodinamici UD01<\/a>, uno per ciascuna ruota. Ciascun attuatore aziona in modo indipendente un ammortizzatore fisico, riproducendo in tempo reale gli input specifici per ciascuna ruota calcolati dal solutore di dinamica del veicolo in esecuzione nel simulatore. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:512;1181-1692\">Non si tratta di un test di resistenza statico n\u00e9 di un ciclo di forme d\u2019onda preprogrammato. Gli attuatori UD01 rispondono ai dati di simulazione in tempo reale: mentre il conducente sterza, frena e accelera all\u2019interno del Vi-grade DiM150, il modello del veicolo calcola il comportamento di ciascuna ruota e il sistema di STEP Lab aziona fisicamente l\u2019ammortizzatore corrispondente in quell\u2019istante esatto. I dati relativi alla forza e allo spostamento misurati sull\u2019hardware reale vengono reimmessi direttamente nel ciclo di simulazione, chiudendo il circuito tra il veicolo virtuale e i componenti fisici.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:213;1694-1906\">L&#8217;architettura elettrodinamica garantisce la larghezza di banda e la precisione dinamica richieste dalle applicazioni HiL in tempo reale, rendendola una delle piattaforme pi\u00f9 performanti disponibili per questo tipo di test sugli ammortizzatori.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:63;1908-1970\">Hardware-in-the-Loop per lo sviluppo degli ammortizzatori: perch\u00e9 \u00e8 importante<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:158;1972-2129\">L&#8217;approccio HiL di STEP Lab affronta una sfida fondamentale nello sviluppo degli ammortizzatori: come valutare il comportamento reale dei componenti prima che il veicolo completo sia stato realizzato?<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:432;2131-2562\">La simulazione pura \u00e8 veloce ma limitata: la qualit\u00e0 di un modello dipende interamente dai suoi parametri. I test sul veicolo completo in un circuito di prova sono accurati ma lenti, costosi e disponibili solo nelle fasi finali del ciclo di sviluppo. Il sistema STEP Lab offre una terza via: smorzatori fisici testati sotto carichi realistici calcolati dinamicamente, integrati in un ambiente di simulazione che include il modello completo del veicolo e la dinamica degli pneumatici ad alta fedelt\u00e0.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:213;2564-2776\">Ci\u00f2 significa che gli ingegneri possono effettuare valutazioni significative degli ammortizzatori, includendo il feedback soggettivo del conducente, in una fase molto pi\u00f9 precoce del programma, utilizzando l\u2019hardware reale nel circuito anzich\u00e9 un modello semplificato che lo sostituisca.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-&#091;1.125rem&#093; font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:29;2778-2806\">Vi-grade e STEP Lab insieme<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:718;2808-3525\">Come gi\u00e0 accennato, il sistema STEP Lab rappresenta solo una parte del quadro complessivo. L\u2019analisi completa \u00e8 infatti resa possibile dall\u2019integrazione del 4-Corner con la tecnologia Vi-grade. Il simulatore di guida DiM150 utilizza VI-CarRealTime, parte della piattaforma VI-grade \u2013 con cui STEP Lab ha instaurato una partnership consolidata \u2013 come solutore in tempo reale della dinamica del veicolo. Il comportamento degli pneumatici \u00e8 gestito da FTire di cosin scientific, uno dei modelli di pneumatici pi\u00f9 accurati disponibili per le applicazioni di dinamica dei veicoli. Astemo contribuisce invece sia con il modello del veicolo Nissan Ariya sia con un modello di ammortizzatori basato sull\u2019intelligenza artificiale, che nella demo opera in parallelo con l\u2019hardware di STEP Lab come approccio complementare, dimostrando come il software e i metodi di prova fisici possano coesistere nello stesso contesto.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:229;3527-3755\">Questa combinazione riflette il modo in cui STEP Lab posiziona i propri sistemi: non come banchi di prova autonomi, ma come componenti di un ambiente di sviluppo integrato che si collega senza soluzione di continuit\u00e0 agli strumenti e ai flussi di lavoro gi\u00e0 utilizzati dagli
