Poich\u00e9 plastiche e compositi sono sensibili alla velocit\u00e0 di applicazione del carico, la stessa energia d&#8217;impatto erogata con combinazioni diverse di massa e velocit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 produrre comportamenti di rottura differenti. Un peso viene fatto cadere da un&#8217;altezza definita e l&#8217;esito viene registrato come rotto o non rotto. \u00c8 rapido, semplice, e adatto a controlli di conformit\u00e0 di routine dove basta un singolo risultato go\/no-go.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Il test strumentato<\/strong> va oltre. Aggiungendo sensori di forza e velocit\u00e0 nel punto d&#8217;impatto, il sistema pu\u00f2 acquisire l&#8217;intera storia di forza-tempo e spostamento durante tutto l&#8217;evento, non solo il suo esito. Invece di un solo numero, ottieni una curva completa che mostra come si \u00e8 accumulato il carico, quanta energia \u00e8 stata assorbita e in quale momento \u00e8 iniziata la rottura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Perche_questa_differenza_conta_nella_pratica\"><\/span>Perch\u00e9 questa differenza conta nella pratica<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Prendiamo un pannello composito sottoposto a un impatto. I compositi possono rompersi internamente, delaminazione, cricche nella matrice, rottura delle fibre, pur non mostrando alcun danno visibile in superficie. Un test pass\/fail lo registrerebbe come superato. Un test strumentato, catturando la curva forza-spostamento, pu\u00f2 rivelare l&#8217;anomalia nell&#8217;assorbimento di energia che segnala un danno interno, anche quando non c&#8217;\u00e8 nulla di visibile all&#8217;esterno.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 lo stesso ragionamento che ha spinto il test strumentato a diventare prassi standard in settori come l&#8217;automotive e l&#8217;aerospace, dove un
