Por meio de varreduras controladas por frequ\u00eancia ou temperatura, a m\u00e1quina mede o m\u00f3dulo de armazenamento (E&#8217;), o m\u00f3dulo de perda (E&#8221;) e o fator de amortecimento (tan \u03b4), fornecendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais para o desenvolvimento de compostos, valida\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho din\u00e2mico. Essa an\u00e1lise \u00e9 fundamental para prever o comportamento de isoladores, buchas e suportes em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de opera\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Uso_do_sistema_de_teste_de_NVH\"><\/span>Uso do sistema de teste de NVH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nos testes de <strong>Ru\u00eddo, Vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e Aspereza (NVH)<\/strong> em amortecedores, o sistema permite uma <strong>an\u00e1lise precisa das for\u00e7as din\u00e2micas e das vibra\u00e7\u00f5es geradas durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do componente, at\u00e9 1000 Hz<\/strong>. Esses testes nos permitem avaliar como o amortecedor contribui para a transmiss\u00e3o de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es e ru\u00eddos dentro do ve\u00edculo, especialmente em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alta frequ\u00eancia associadas a irregularidades na estrada ou micro solavancos.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e1quina permite medir a transmissibilidade vibracional, a resson\u00e2ncia do sistema e a depend\u00eancia da frequ\u00eancia da for\u00e7a de amortecimento, par\u00e2metros fundamentais para otimizar o conforto ac\u00fastico e o desempenho de NVH do ve\u00edculo.
