ULTRA-HIGH FREQUENCY FOR MATERIAL AND DAMPER TESTING

ONE SYSTEM, MANY APPLICATIONS

UHF is a versatile ultra-high frequency test system designed to reach frequencies up to 1000 Hz, and perform a wide range of tests, from Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) on elastomers to NVH testing on dampers.

  • Test frequency up to 1000 Hz
  • Dynamic loads up to 5.5 kN
  • Maximum speed of 5 m/s
  • Based on high-performance electrodynamic actuators (100% electric, no hydraulic oil)
  • High resonance structure: minimises vibrations and resonances, and allows the installation of a variety of actuators
  • Interchangeable actuators on the same frame: the modular design allows different actuators to be mounted on the same structure, allowing for enhanced load capacity when required.
  • Exceptional control accuracy: precise management of force and displacement
  • High dynamic response: perfect for characterising viscoelastic materials or testing dampers at realistic excitation frequencies.

UHF: MATERIAL TESTING

MATERIAL TESTING AT HIGH FREQUENCIES

UHF system is designed to perform:

  • Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) on elastomers.
  • High Cycle Fatigue (HCF) tests on metals and composites.
  • Power Density Spectrum (PSD) analysis.
  • Fracture mechanics.

This makes it ideal for both research laboratories and industrial validation environments, where precision, repeatability, and reliability are essential.

UHF: DAMPER TESTING

VIBRATION MEASUREMENTS ON DAMPERS

Other than material testing, UHF is designed to perform:

  • Shock absorber testing
  • Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH)
  • Vibration analysis
  • High-frequency dynamic testing of vehicular components

Its ability to execute reliable high-frequency simulations with high precision and repeatability makes the system the ideal choice for automotive companies operating within strict industrial validation environments.
