Our in-house designed electromechanical test systems cover a load range from 200 N to 268 kN and offer a wide range of speeds, high-quality load frames, and intelligent drive systems. Certified to ISO, EN and ASTM standards, these machines guarantee high performance through the use of advanced measurement and control systems.

Material Testing Laboratories – used in conjunction with our standard facilities, controller and Test Center software, highly reliable and flexible testing machines are created that are perfect for testing all types of materials for static and dynamic characterisation.
Product test laboratories for quality certification – used in conjunction with the Test Center controller and software, they can be mounted alone or together with other actuators on structures built by STEP Lab or directly by the customer to perform even complex tests on products.
In the production line – for press-fit or quality control, the actuators’ combination of sophisticated control, dedicated quality control software and high-precision mechanical components make them perfect for repeated testing over large numbers of cycles even in H24 applications
