OUR DAMPER TESTING SOLUTIONS

Our electrical systems for damper testing are designed to outperform hydraulic systems, effectively meeting the demand for high performance, ease of installation and low power consumption. HUD – HIGH DYNAMIC SYSTEMS

Discover the HUD Series, engineered for high dynamic and endurance tests. With peak loads of 120 kN, dynamic forces up to 75 kN, test speeds reaching 8 m/s, and accelerations up to 65 G, this series is built to handle the most demanding testing conditions.

XUD – ULTRA HIGH DYNAMIC SYSTEMS

Explore the XUD Series, crafted for short duration tests with high accelerations. Featuring peak forces of 31.2 kN, test speeds up to 6 m/s, and accelerations reaching 100 G, this series excels in rigorous, high-intensity testing.

KUD – DURABILITY TEST SYSTEMS

KUD series systems are capable of performing durability tests on shock absorbers and suspensions of motorbikes, cars and heavy vehicles. The most powerful model in the series reaches a peak force of 126 kN, a continuous dynamic force of 82 kN and a maximum test speed of 6 m/s.

EOL – END OF LINE TEST SYSTEMS

Explore our End-of-Line (EOL) testing systems using HUD series actuators. These systems ensure thorough testing of dampers and suspensions at the end of the assembly line. With peak loads up to 66 kN, dynamic loads of 24 kN, and speeds up to 6.5 m/s, they guarantee efficient and reliable performance testing.

HIL – HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP TEST SYSTEMS

In collaboration with VI-Grade, we are able to provide complete mHiL test systems, dedicated to automotive shock absorber testing. STEP Lab testing machines of the HUD series thus allow the seamless integration of the VI-CarRealTime system on the AutoHawk technology to perform component testing under real-world conditions.
