HUD – HIGH DYNAMIC SYSTEMS

HUD Series is built for high-performance damper and suspension testing, offering peak loads of 120 kN, dynamic forces up to 75 kN, test speeds up to 8 m/s, and accelerations reaching 65 G. Ideal for endurance and durability testing, it ensures precise, real-world shock absorber performance validation.

XUD – ULTRA HIGH DYNAMIC SYSTEMS

Designed for short-duration, high-intensity tests, the XUD Series provides peak forces of 31.2 kN, test speeds up to 6 m/s, and accelerations up to 100 G. Perfect for dynamic testing of shock absorbers and dampers, this system guarantees reliable and repeatable performance analysis.

KUD – DURABILITY TEST SYSTEMS

KUD Series is engineered for long-term durability testing of motorbike, automotive, and heavy vehicle suspensions. The most powerful model supports peak forces of 126 kN, continuous dynamic forces of 82 kN, and test speeds up to 6 m/s, making it a versatile solution for shock absorber testing.

EOL – END OF LINE TEST SYSTEMS

Our End-of-Line (EOL) testing systems, powered by HUD series actuators, enable high-precision suspension and shock absorber testing at the final stage of production. With peak loads up to 66 kN, dynamic loads of 24 kN, and test speeds up to 6.5 m/s, they ensure efficient quality control for automotive and industrial applications.

HIL – HARDWARE-IN-THE-LOOP TEST SYSTEMS

Developed with VI-Grade, our mHiL test systems integrate HUD series electromechanical testing machines with VI-CarRealTime and AutoHawk technology. These systems allow real-world damper and suspension testing, ensuring accurate component validation for automotive manufacturers.
